Split the pull ups, push ups and squats any way you want.

I am not placing a time cap on this WOD. However, everyone should try to finish in 25 minutes or less.

The CFR team challenge is this Friday. Make plans to attend. Two scaled teams are one member short. See Renee or Belinda if you want to jump in on these teams.
