Be advised, parking will be rough at the gym today due to the B&G BBQ event. Be prepared to park and walk. I will attempt to rope off our parking lot. Best of luck.

100 Kettle Bell Swings 53/35#
100 Push Ups
200 Squats
2 Burpees Every time you change movements.

Skill: 35 GHD sit ups
Mobility of your choice.
