WOD 09-01-2011

Please take a few minutes to log in to www.fgb6.organd create a fund raising page.  Be sure to join team Crossfit Rebellion.  Our gym goal is to raise $3,000.00.  The event is in less than 3 weeks.  The proceeds from this event will take care of our nations heroes as they return home from battle fields across the globe.  Regardless of politics, please take a minute to help these soldiers.  It is the least we can do.  We will be going to CrossFit Birmingham to take part in the Fight Gone Bad Event.  You need to raise money or plan to donate in order to take part.  More details to follow.

  1. Gotta love Thrusters! Fran is my favorite! I hate to miss it…and by a week too. Booo…

  2. Will we have open gym on Saturday?

  3. Yes. We will have open gym on Saturday.

  4. I’ll be glad to donate, but can’t participate. We’ll be moving that weekend…so…after ya’ll finish up at the FGB event ya’ll could swing by and unload some boxes…

  5. The problem with this workout is that I think you have to be able to straighten your arms out fully on the thrusters – which I still can’t do after Angie.

  6. Jason, feel free to make your donation out to Jason T. Wallace. My goal is $500 so I can get that sweet a&& hoodie.

  7. Hey everybody! I am the crazy tree-hugging liberal whose significant other is an airforce special operations navigator. I am so excited that FBG this year is supporting the Special Ops Warrior Foundation. This is an amazing organization that supports families with wounded or fallen warriors to cover educational expenses of children whose parents are killed in the line of duty. It is a huge blessing. I won’t be here for the event but will be participating in FGB Pensacola while I’m there with Gene and my family. Thanks to all who are participating and supporting.
