The power lifting class last night was great. Thanks to everyone who came out and joined the class. We are looking forward to seeing everyone get stronger.


  1. Will the lifting class be a long term change? Meaning will we get another shot at it.

    • Yes, it will be long term and it will run in cycles (4-5 weeks) so there will be the option to jump in at the beginning of another cycle.
