  1. Kyle, can you check out shindigdcateringtrucks.com. They do free range chicken and beef so I thought there might bee a couple off Paleo friendly things. My concern is prep so I thought you mighty have suggestions on things to look for that could ruin it.

  3. Jason I looked at the website and it really doesn’t give details on how they prepare the meats. The side items that they offered with the meats def weren’t paleo.
    My opinion is this – it is very very difficult to eat strict paleo at a restaurant. There is always going to be some sugar or butter or soybean oil added in somewhere that you wouldn’t expect.
    During the first 30 days it is really important that you avoid any non-paleo ingredients or you really won’t feel the side effects. Once you start transitioning to a paleo lifestyle a little sugar in your BBQ sauce or something isn’t going to have huge adverse effects. But your body really needs 30 days to detox and heal so I say eat only what you make so you know exactly what’s in it.
