First Frothy Friday In The New Facility

Please remember that you need to bring you payment form back as soon as possible.  We need to be fully converted by October 31st. 

Tomorrow (and in the future) we will be running the listed Saturday schedule.  We will have skills from 8:30 -9:00. Class WOD from 9:00-10:00.  Skills/Open Gym from 10:00-11:00.  If you show up after 9:00 you will have to wait until the class WOD is over before you can work out. No exceptions will be made.  Additionally, we close at 11:00.  Make sure you arrive in time to be finished by 11:00.  Thanks for you cooperation as we transition onto the new location.

    fyi – this sunday the railroad park is having a “railroad ramble” info can be found at: http://www.railroadpark.org/calendar.php
    it asks you to park a manageable distance and then walk to the park. i was thinking of going and parking down at the old facility and walking over with weezie. if you can make it for a bit, i think it would be great for us to support this project since we’re now part of the railroad park area community.

    I agree with Jackie. Alima and I will be working in the gym this Sunday. We will be in from about 1:30 until… Feel free to stop by or steer people from the park to CFR.
