The new cycle for the Olympic lifting class starts this Saturday. If you are new to the class, you need make sure you are in attendance this Saturday.

Hey Warrior Dash friends!! Just found out that I am running in the 10:00 heat, which my dad and I were told was the first heat of the event. Not sure what everyone else has heard, but if you want to know your heat time, call 773-687-4595. Depending on when everyone is running, we will probably convene in the old Northridge Fitness parking lot by Jimmy Johns on McFarland then drive over. Let me know when everyone is running and we can set a meeting time. Can’t wait!
