Today is Day 1 of the Nutrition Challenge. Stick to the recommended guidelines and see how it goes. After a day or two, you may notice the need to make slight modifications to your serving sizes of protein or fat. Remember to try new vegetables.

We will not have a 5:30 class on Friday due to WOD or Treat.

Be sure to bring a Paleo friendly dish to share with everyone. If you are participating in the Nutrition Challenge we will make an exception for Paleo baked goods at the party. We hope you have your costume ready. Remember that we will have prizes for fastest male and female RX’d WOD time and for best costume.
