For time: 5 rounds, resting exactly 3 minutes between rounds. (we will observe a forty minute time limit. 

20 Pull Ups

30 Push Ups

40 Sit Ups

50 Squats

Due to WOD or Treat this Saturday evening, CFR will closed for "Open Gym" that morning. 

WOD or Treat is this Saturday @ 5:00.  First heat begins at 5:30.  Wear a costume, bring some food to share and a beverage of your choice (no liquor).  Because this is a non paleo event, CFR will be providing Pizza for those who attend.  If you have not yet RSVP'd for the event please do so.  This will help us get a better idea of how much we need to order.  We look forward to sharing a great evening with everyone. 


  1. We have Paleo snacks at the gym. Bars and granola came in over the weekend.

  2. I’ve only done this one once…back in May 2010. I would not have met the 40 minute cutoff…
