Nutrition Challenge: Day 2
If you didn’t make it through the first day, might as well start over and make it a 29 day challenge. Focus on all the food you can have, not what chose to give up.

Be sure to check the nutrition blog during the challenge for ideas and recipes. You can find the blog linked on this website under the members tab, it is titled Eat This.

We will not have a 5:30 class on Friday due to WOD or Treat.

WOD or Treat is Friday
Be sure to bring a Paleo friendly dish to share with everyone. If you are participating in the Nutrition Challenge we will make an exception for Paleo baked goods at the party. We hope you have your costume ready. Remember that we will have prizes for fastest male and female RX’d WOD time and for best costume.
