Nutrition Challenge Day 3: At the end of the day you are already 10% through the challenge. Start assessing how you feel. If you plan on pre and post measurements and pics you should have them completed by now.

We will not have a 5:30 class on Friday due to WOD or Treat.

WOD or Treat is Friday Be sure to bring a Paleo friendly dish to share with everyone. If you are participating in the Nutrition Challenge we will make an exception for Paleo baked goods at the party. We hope you have your costume ready. Remember that we will have prizes for fastest male and female RX’d WOD time and for best costume.
