  1. I may not make it in until after this conference is over (i.e. next week), and this has nothing to do with today’s WOD, but next week for sure I’ll be back and better than ever! Ok, that’s a lie, I’ll be the same as ever but I did buy some “fivefingers”.

  2. brain… you’re already better than last month! can’t wait to get back on a regular crossfit schedule! i did the mainsite WOD on my own this morning in about 12ish minutes. i had to hold someone’s feet for sit ups on my last round… so not sure what my actual time was. see y’all saturday! 3 days till our big day! ps… carter did a fabulous job with the flowers last night.

  3. Well, thanks! I’ll be wishing your wedding well from my conference on Saturday. Hope it stays sunny for you!

  4. I’m going to be your special needs student today. I don’t think I understand how this is going to work, but its not my place to sit and ponder and worry all day about doing this WOD when I can just show up and be unpleasantly surprised! Can’t wait!

  5. Kyle Deneke says:

Robyn, that would be “student with special needs”. The person is always to be placed ahead of the problem. You are HR you should know that.
With regard to the WOD I will explain it to you this afternoon. It is not as complicated as it reads.

  6. Robyn, since I won’t be there, I’m glad Kyle will have a stand-in student with special needs (“SWSN”).

  7. easy Robyn- workout til your heart almost explodes… throwup… laydown…. get up…
    repeat steps 1-4

  8. Kyle, when did you start teaching English….
Thanks Josh….I am much more at ease now. pardon me Kyle, if that was incorrect grammar!

  9. Kyle Deneke says:

Not incorrect grammar, just an old fashion lack of sensitivity to people with challenges. As the resident HR person, we expect a little more from you. We will not hold it against you this time.

  10. Kyle Deneke says:

Glad to hear that Brain came to the 5 finger dark side.

  11. I wish they made dress shoes like these fivefinger shoes. Hmmm…maybe I could make “formal-wear” shoes with separate toes. I could call them 5-toes (so I wouldn’t infringe on any patents)…
