WOD 11-22-2013

With a partner complete the following:
Split any way you want.
Can’t work the same movement at the same time as your partner.
Run 1.5 Miles
75 Step Ups with a plate 45/35# 24/20″
75 Burpees
75 Pull Ups

We are taking a break from the Olympic Lifting class over the holiday season. We will not have the class this Saturday or any other Saturdays until January. You are welcome to come in on Saturday during open gym and I will post a lifting program for you. Sorry for the late notice on this change. We have been really pleased with the success you guys have had in the class. We look forward to picking it back up in the new year.

We will be adding some Power/Olympic lifting sessions on weeknights at 6:45 pm. We will continue offering the 6:45pm WOD as usual. We will post more details in the coming days.
