  1. seriously, people. i’ve missed everyone so much! i’ve gone into cf withdrawals! can’t wait to get back in it!

  2. 103.6 Saturday night, 101.3 Sunday morning, and nothing since! Turns out it was a 3-time fever (that’s my official medical diagnosis). Yay for L-pullups!

  3. SRI, are you sure you didn’t have H1N1?
super excited about this WOD… at 50% of course. hopefully my little ab situation will hold strong!

  4. is there a sub for the L Pull up? I can’t even do an I pull up.
Sri, you better not infect us. Doctors are terrible patients.

  5. I think the sub is leg raises hanging from the pullup bar and pullups?

  6. I was thinking the L pullup is the “L” my forearm and bicep make when I get stuck halfway up a pull-up. I was kinda looking forward to those…

  7. Kyle Deneke says:

We will sub leg rasies and pull ups for the L pull ups.
Sri, I thought it might be the dreaded 3 time fever. I hope you don’t contract the deadly 4 time fever. I heard that it is going around.

  8. 4 time fever = h1n4 virus

  9. thats my first aid/ aed certified opinion

  10. silly boys.

  11. i saw a sub for L pull ups using the band. looked really funny and i think we should try it tonight.

  12. bring on the sub!

  13. I’m going to write “Rx’d” in BIG BIG letters next to my time 🙂 (Assuming I don’t bail after 3 rounds, which is entirely possible.)

  14. braggy mcbraggerson

  15. that 3-time fever has gotten to Sri’s head.

  16. brain damage has obviously occurred.

  17. Kyle Deneke says:

It is possible that 4 time fever has already set in. It may be too late.

  18. Amber..where did you see that sub with the band. I wanna see.

  19. robyn: here’s a video showing the kipping pullup with a band assist…might be good for you to watch:
