Run 200M x 8 rest 90 seconds between each run.

If you are late to class you owe 20 Burpees. Please don’t make trainers find you after the WOD to tell you that you were late.

Please make plans to attend the CFR Charity Ice Fishing Tournament on January 18th. This event will be a lot of fun. Think food, beverage, and a little “light” rowing.
