  2. Thank you, all coaches, for keeping up with our times, weights, etc. for us when we’re still splayed all over the floor grasping for breath after yelling “TIME!” If it weren’t for your diligent effort in doing this, I doubt that very much would get recorded.

    Not that it really matters in the big scheme of things, BUT! For the record, I was thrusting 75# not 65# today. I had a 45# bar loaded with two 15# plates.
