50 Sit Ups
40 Squats
30 Kettle Bell Swings
20 Pull Ups
10 Power Snatches 95/65#

Don’t forget about the CFRFOSC this Friday. The event starts at 5:30pm. Bring the food and beverage of your choice. Be prepared to compete in obscure “fitness” tests. We will crown the CFRFOSC Champions at the end of the evening.

Bring a friend day 1-4-2012 (team WOD). Bring a friend that might want to join the gym.
