Box Jump 20″
Push Up
5 Burpee penalty for every minute you are short of 20.
Automatic 15 Burpee penalty if you scale.

Also: Back Squat 10-10-10-10 @65% 1RM

Feats of Strength Challenge this Friday @ 5:30. Bring your favorite beverage and a food item. You can compete or spectate. You choose the events and number of events you take part in. This will be a good time for all who attend.

Bring a friend day January 4th. (team WOD).
