Week 1 of the paleo challenge is ending.  You need to bring in your food log for review.  You should start bringing your food log on a regular basis. 


  1. Who ordered Sean’s breakfast today? I am jealous and really craving pancakes now.

  2. I’m planning another Paleo Party at my place next weekend (Friday night?), maybe more of a potluck this time, dinner turning into drinks + fun stuff. I’ll probably throw something on the slow cooker as well, or have an hors-d’oeuvre. Plenty of wine, and a surprise signature cocktail. All paleo-friendly. Further details to come.

  3. AWWW… I’m paleo this time and am going to miss the party! Chuck and I are going to visit Sam and Austin in Louisville next weekend. Out of town and paleo – hummm…

  6. Fun Alison! You will have to tell Sam & Austin Hi from all of us!
    You can stick with Paleo even when traveling. You just have to be prepared! Bring a little cooler with snacks for the trip (veggie sticks, fruit, deli meat and nuts travel well). And just stick to meats, fish, veggies and salads when ordering at a restaurant.
