    Place almonds in a bowl of water and add 2 teaspoons of celtic sea salt. Let soak for 8-10 hrs. drain and spread on a sheet. Bake at the ovens lowest setting for 10-12 hours until crispy and completely dry. Enjoy!!

  5. can someone tell me which salt is better….sea salt, kosher salt or celtic salt. and why its better.

    Celtic sea salt is far better. It creates a mineral rich condition inside your body allowing you to better hydrated. With out proper mineral balance you do not hold enough water to hydrate, you end up peeing most of it out.

  7. On that same topic, how does the “sea salt” you’d buy and eat differ from the “sea salt” I mix and put in my aquarium?
