REST DAY

Boot Camp WOD

Four rounds:

Do as many push ups as you can with out stopping

once you have to stop immediatley do 25 sit ups

Rest one minute and start over.

Keep track of how many push ups you complete each round. 

Scale number of sit ups as needed

Post number of push ups per round to comments!!!!

    rd 4- 15 push ups
    25 sit ups all rounds
