  1. So the day I decide to take “rest” day, we get this WOD? Why couldn’t this have been Monday’s mystery WOD? For the record, I’m still running at least 3 miles later today. Maybe I’ll throw some jumping squats and walking lunges in.

  2. Kyle loves to use an odd number of walking lunges. My OCD self has difficulty with that. (Not enough to do an extra lunge each time, though…I’m not crazy).
