WOD 08-18-2014

A few important announcements:

1) Please RSVP for the 5th Anniversary Party by Wednesday if you plan to attend so we can order food and beer. We sent an evite to everyone, but if you did not receive please let us know.

2) We are going to order pizza for after the Team Competition on Friday. If you plan on hanging out after the competition and would like pizza (spectator or competitor) sign up on the sheet in the lobby so we know how much to order. $5 for pizza. BYOB if you’d like.

3) It’s not to late to form a team for the competition. If you want to participate add your name to the list in the lobby. There is still an Rx team and a Scale team looking for a female competitor.

  1. I’d like to apologize to the CFR community for posting a score of 5000 something for today’s WOD! I didn’t get that many rounds. Regardless of the WOD, all it has for results are “Reps:”. So I don’t know what to put to get an accurate record for a WOD that isn’t just reps.
