We will be running a modified schedule next week, May 14th through the 19th. We will have no morning classes next week on Tuesday (15th) and Thursday (17th). Additionally the Monday 4:30 class may be cancelled. I will post when I am certain. Brittany and Shane will be running the gym while we are out of town. We appreciate their willingness to cover so many classes and keep CFR going while we are away. We apologize for any inconvenience with the cancelations next week.

We are proud to announce that Martin McDermott will be completing his Level 1 Trainers Certification in June and will be coaching classes at CFR starting in July. We look forward to having Martin on board as a trainer at CFR.

Be sure to catch the Action from the Central East Regional on Espn3.com. A lot of great crossfitters will be in action, including current men’s Champ Rich Fronning Jr. The event starts Friday and runs through Sunday.
