If you have previous CrossFit experience and feel comfortable jumping right into a group class, you are welcome to do so for your free trial.
If you are new to CrossFit or working out in general, we recommend you attend a one on one Fitness Assessment session for your free trial. Fitness Assessments are held every Tuesday at 6:45 PM. This one hour session includes a CrossFit workout scaled to your abilities after some basic instruction and assesment of your movements. You will also learn more about CFR, our CrossFit program and our definition of “fitness”. You will have time to discuss any questions, concerns, fitness goals, etc with the coach in no pressure, one-on-one setting. If this time is not convenient for you, please let us know and we can arrange another time for you.
