Fitness Assessments/Orientations are held every Tuesday at 6:45 PM. This one hour session includes a CrossFit workout scaled to your abilities after some basic instruction and assesment of your movements. You will also learn more about CFR, our CrossFit program and our definition of “fitness”. You will have time to discuss any questions, concerns, fitness goals, etc with the coach in no pressure, one-on-one setting. If this time is not convenient for you, please let us know and we can arrange another time for you.
