Boot camp is a high energy, fast paced 50 minute class consisting of a warm up, workout and cool down. Each workout will be unique using a variety of bodyweight movements and lightweight implements such as kettlebells, medicine balls and jump ropes to give you an effective full body workout in under one hour. You don’t need any fitness experience to join this class. Just show up ready to sweat and have fun!
