After an initial consultation, your program is designed specifically for you, incorporating functional movements that are tailored to your needs and goals. You will receive coaching through the training protocol until measurable objectives are achieved. At which point, the program is modified and new goals are established. This method eliminates the “plateau” that is so common with most other strength training programs.
